Procurement Officer

About the role

Support the procurement cycle by comparing suppliers, confirming specifications and helping ensure timely product availability.

What you will do

• Request and compare supplier quotations and commercial terms.
• Verify product specifications, availability and delivery schedules.
• Maintain accurate procurement and supplier records.
• Coordinate purchase orders with finance, inventory and operations teams.
• Track supplier performance and resolve fulfilment issues.

What we look for

• Experience in procurement, supply chain or vendor management.
• Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and product specifications.
• Effective supplier communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage several sourcing requests at the same time.
